Approval of June board meeting minutes.
Treasurer Report:
Tom presented copies of our Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement for review and indicated that with fall influx of new farmers, new plots and new expenses, numbers will change and be reviewed again in the fall.
New Plots:
Jane reported that we will have 18 new plots ready in the fall to lease. She has 28 prospective farmers on the waiting list, 3 waiting for raised beds.
Maintenance:
Charlie Jones’ staff will be weeding more around the covered plots during the remainder of the summer.,
Spring Festival:
it was discussed having another festival in the fall as well as the spring but voted down by board. Spring festival is enough work at this time.
Next Meeting:
September 28th, 3 pm at the farm.
