The new asphalt material on the Farm’s dirt road and in the back parking lot consists of the re-cycled millings from the current street repaving at the Landings. TLA’s Public Works Director, Paul Kurilla says the millings will be graded and rolled once all the recycled material has been put down. It won’t be the same as a paved surface but will be a significant improvement over what was there before and a terrific second use for this asphalt! Not to mention, all at no charge to the Farm! Perhaps ours cars will no longer require washing after every trip to the Farm! Thanks again, Public Works!! (7/2/11)
