Of the 95 Farmers, 74 voted unanimously to approve the BOR’s recommendation to form a non-profit State of Georgia C Corporation for Skidaway Farms. This vote represented 125 of the 154 paid-plots in the Farm.
The BOR is working on the Articles of Incorporation so that the Farm can present these to the Landings Club in time to sign a new lease for the property the Farm gardens on.
